About Us

The Spy Report is a recent addition to the Media Spy family, having launched in March 2007. It built on a long standing feature of the site — Spy News — where news items about the media industry from a variety of different websites and newspapers were posted, allowing users to keep abreast of some of the major developments. As Media Spy grew though, we recognised that users weren’t just getting their information from other sources — they were getting it directly from us as well. Our forums have long been home not simply to media enthusiasts but industry insiders as well, often providing useful hints and inside scoops. The Spy Report, therefore, was developed to keep users up to date not simply with what you’ll find in the newspapers and around the web, but much of the information that is uncovered right here on Media Spy.
